Following the AGM on 7 May, the LSLA is delighted to announce the following appointments to the LSLA Committee.

Emma Probyn

Emma is a partner in Freshfields’ litigation practice advising on both financial services and general commercial disputes, with a particular focus on mass claims. Emma is looking forward to working with the LSLA Committee and its members in continuing to deliver high quality training and responding to consultations on significant areas of legal reform, particularly given the growth of class actions / mass claims in the UK and the increasing availability of technology which changes the way we interact with the Courts.

Nick Jones

Nick has been practicing in the London litigation market for over 20 years, in firms ranging from the magic circle to disputes-specialists like Enyo Law LLP. In that time, Nick has got to know and appreciate the community, and looks forward to engaging with it more as part of the LSLA committee.

Susanne Buergi

Susanne is a competition litigator at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP.  Her experience covers a broad range of antitrust litigation and group actions, including a strong background in commercial litigation.  Susanne spent over five years sitting on the Junior LSLA committee.  She thoroughly enjoyed her time and work there which, in turn, was the driver behind her desire to stay involved in the LSLA organisation as a whole by joining the LSLA committee.  Susanne is thrilled to have been given this opportunity and is very much looking forward to continuing to contribute to the LSLA’s mission of providing a forum for learning and networking for litigators in London.
