Hogan Lovells International LLP, Atlantic House, Holborn Viaduct, London EC1A 2FG

Managing multi-jurisdictional litigation: a panel discussion

Conall Patton KC of One Essex Court will be leading the discussion. Mike Lynch, chair of litigation at Kelley Drye will be giving the US perspective. Aurelie Patrelle of Bredin Prat will give a perspective from Paris and Jonathan Addo of Harneys will provide a view from offshore, being based in the BVI.

Conall Patton KC will lead a panel of speakers, giving their views on how to manage the most complex multi-jurisdictional matters where civil, regulatory and criminal liability collide, and where related proceedings may be afoot in multiple jurisdictions simultaneously.  Our panel will cover not just legal issues, but the practicalities of dealing with issues of language, culture and timezones.  Dealing with such disputes has historically been – and continues to be – a core strength of the London litigation market and a focus of many LSLA members.

Attendance is not limited to LSLA members. Anyone can apply for tickets via the website

The cost is £25 for members (non-members £30).
