∙ to approve the Minutes of the AGM on 10 May 2023
∙ to receive the Vice President’s Report
∙ to receive the Treasurer’s Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023
∙ election of Officers - President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary
∙ election of Members of the Committee
∙ election of Auditors
∙ any other business.
As Special Resolution
∙to approve the draft amendments to the Constitution as set out in below draft
Nominations of candidates for election as Officers of the Association or to the Committee must be in writing and
should be sent by email to: Natalie Todd Natalie.todd@cyklaw.com at least 14 days before the AGM
To arrive by at least 14 days before the AGM. Each candidate must be proposed and seconded by members of the
Association.
Please note that the AGM dinner will be held on 1 May 2024.
