Freezing Injunctions, Disclosure Orders and Third Parties

In the investment world, ‘cash is king’, but in the litigation world, ‘documents are king’. Our speakers will be looking at some of the issues which arise when parties seek to obtain documents from third parties, especially in the context of cross-border disputes, and discussing some recent developments in this area.
