Environmental, Social and Governance factors are not just buzzwords, but are increasingly becoming a practical reality for litigants in the English courts – not least as claimants seek to establish liability by London-based parent companies for environmental damage caused by their global operations.  Our speaker will offer practical suggestions – for both claimants and defendants – as to the effective conduct of such litigation.

This lecture will begin at 6pm, will last approximately 1 hour and will be followed by an opportunity for drinks and networking.  Materials and, if practicable, a video recording will appear on the LSLA website after the event.
