Our esteemed panel will explore how best to support clients with the determination of whether to initiate an investigation, as well as properly defining the investigative scope. Drawing on their vast collective experience, our speakers will explore each key phase of the corporate investigative process, offering practical advice and tips for junior lawyers along the way. There will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and raise topics for discussion.
