The Junior LSLA is pleased to announce that we will be holding a webinar focussing on the challenges junior lawyers face when starting out in the legal industry.

Kindly hosted by Penningtons Manches Cooper via Zoom, the panellists will be sharing practical tips and personal experiences around how to recognise and manage the challenges that may arise at the outset of a junior lawyer’s career. The webinar will cover early aspects of an NQ’s job, common NQ-level mistakes and how to avoid them, business development for junior lawyers, how to balance the demands of establishing oneself in a junior role whilst maintaining mental wellbeing and top tips for junior career progression – all in one hour!

The webinar will be followed by an opportunity to network for those attendees who would like to connect and socialise with their peers.

We hope you can join us for what will be an insightful discussion around a key topic for junior lawyers.
