Can fraud unravel all? With fraud claims on the rise, the question of what is required to set aside a judgment for fraud becomes more and more relevant. Neil Hext QC and Tom Shepherd explore this topic, looking in particular at the interaction with the abuse of process doctrine and the implications of the recent Supreme Court decision in Takhar v. Gracefield Developments Ltd  UKSC 13.
