Paul will speak about the innovative and effective procedures recently developed for rapidly and effectively chasing, securing and recovering money stolen in the context of sophisticated cyber-fraud, including where money has been dissipated through the hands of fraudsters in many overseas jurisdictions. Paul will speak with reference to the CMOC v Persons Unknown litigation, in which he acted.
