The LSLA is regularly consulted on civil justice reform proposals. The feedback we provide by way of formal responses, participation in judge-led working groups and LSLA debates, carries considerable weight.
In addition, we provide statistical feedback via the New Law Journal / LSLA Litigation Trends Survey, which we conduct on an annual basis.
You now have an opportunity further to influence and inform the thinking of decision-makers on key issues affecting our profession, such as whether there is a need to change the rules on witness statements and the potential impact of Brexit on London litigation.
We know from experience that LSLA members' views resulting from our surveys are widely reported and seriously considered by those driving civil litigation reform.
Please give us just a few minutes of your time to complete this brief survey and encourage your litigator colleagues to do the same. The more, the better!
The closing date for responses to the Survey is Friday, 14 September 2018.
