Our Autumn Lecture series has been announced and includes:

·         9 November 2011 – An Update on Equitable Remedies and Asset Tracing Catherine Newman QC

·         15 November 2011 – Creditors and Available Assets – Williams Trower QC

·         22 November 2011 – Mediation: Lessons from the Coalface – Michel Kallipetis QC and Bill Marsh

·         8 December 2011 – Judicial Review – All You Need to Know – Michael Fordham QC.

The first lecture, on 9 November 2011, will be held at the offices of Carter Lemon Camerons LLP, 10 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HJ.  The other three lectures will be held at the offices of Hogan Lovells International LLP, Atlantic House, 50 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2FG

All lectures are accredited with 1 CPD point (CPD reference FK/LSLA)

Attendance is not limited to LSLA members.  Anyone can apply for tickets on the attached form and the lectures count for CPD purposes (the reference code will appear on the admission tickets for the lectures).  The cost is £20 per event or £70 for all four (non-members £25 or £90).  Our lectures are usually sold out, so please apply early for tickets.

The lectures will be held in the Auditorium at Hogan Lovells, Atlantic House, 50 Holborn Viaduct, London EC1A 2FG.  They will start at 6.00 pm and will last approximately an hour, to include a period for questions at the end, and will be followed by drinks.
