The LSLA maintains a list of those of its members who have put their names forward as solicitors willing to supervise search orders.  See CPR25APD.7.  It is up to the solicitor seeking to engage a supervising solicitor to ensure that the proposed supervisor has the necessary qualifications, experience and resources.
