THE JUNIOR LSLA

The LSLA recognises that junior practitioners represent the future of the civil litigation community in London and is keen to provide a forum to allow junior practitioners to take a greater involvement in the LSLA and to develop their own practices. With that in mind, in 2011 we launched the Junior LSLA, a new sub-division of the LSLA, established specifically for the benefit of junior members of the profession of eight years PQE or less.

The Junior LSLA provides:

• A series of seminars designed to offer practical tips on procedural and substantive legal issues commonly faced by junior civil litigators, in an interactive, relaxed atmosphere.
• Networking events for members to meet and form contacts within their peer group.
• E-news on recent and future activity and key developments, with the aim of ensuring that the junior perspective is reflected in the LSLA's responses to consultation papers.

MEMBERSHIP

The Junior LSLA does not operate a separate membership to the LSLA. New or existing members of the LSLA are automatically entitled to membership of the Junior LSLA, provided that member has eight years PQE or less.
